Extended DISC AND fINXs
Formed from Carl Jung’s original work on the 16 personality traits that developed the famous Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Extended DISC profile is ideal for building leaders, making teams more effective, recruiting the right staff and conducting more effective performance reviews with the ability to do 360-degree appraisal. It focuses on behavioural styles and energies, highlighting strengths, how one preforms under pressure, how to achieve optimal peak performance and how one prefers to communicate and may come across to other team members. The EDISC and FinxS profiling can also operate individually providing you with a full report and analysis, or can leverage and combine all team members. Through the highly effective EDISC and FinxS we can also look at specific leadership qualities or more administration or team member roles. FinxS is a powerful tool for appraisals and can be tailored to meet your position descriptions and KPIS,
The process is easy, a team member or potential team member completes a questionnaire that asks 24 questions about their beliefs and behaviour. The entire process takes around 10 minutes and results in a 24-page report that gives you greater insight into their natural energies and stressors as well as information on how you can unleash each team member’s peak performance. To reach optimal outcomes, we offer individual ‘unpack’ sessions and team workshops to help your team fully understand the power of EDISC and FinxS and enhance positive communication, performance, responsibilities, mindsets, culture and leadership.
Meta Dynamics TM
The Meta Dynamics TM profile assesses a leaders mindset and skillset to create a successful business and vision (the environment), develop strategies, benchmarks, goals (the strategies), action KPIs, goals, policies and procedures (the implementation), and recruit, support and lead a team (the people).
This environment, strategies, implementation and people (ESIP), Critical Alignment Model will blow you away. We use it with CEOs and directors to help them identify and improve their many strengths and weaknesses to reach their full personal and business potential.
Meta Dynamics is far more than a personality profile or leadership tick sheet; it analyses your thinking through 16 dimensions and 41 primary characteristics to give you a unique window into your potential. The questionnaire is completed online where you will be guided through 70 multi-dimensional questions that uncover the unconscious like your mindset and gaps in your strategic thinking, and clearly identifies the areas you need to strengthen and tighten to be a success.
