This is a bespoke Business Program. This includes initial diagnostic over business in the first month including:

• SWOT analysis
• Workplace Wellness and Culture
• Products and Services Review
• Sales / Marketing Review
• Strategic planning
• HR systems
• Systems overview
• Financial Strategies and structures
• 12-month plan with SMART Goals, structured procedures and measurable success KPIs.

The following 11 months has access to Bec Fox or supporting Unleash Your Power Team members only via phone/Skype or Zoom for one hour per month. The focus will be on business and leadership mentoring to:

• Achieve goals, KPIs, financial measurables and targets.
• Tailored to meet the business targets.
• Focus on quality outcomes and growth in business.
• Expand efficiency and performance of team and leadership.
• Sales and marketing.
• Effective systems and delivery.
• Support and mentorship.

Additional cost would apply to cover any HR, system and operational improvements, financial management, internal communications, marketing, sales funnels, team efficiency, strategic planning, profiling and other business administration or operational services.
