To reach the summit, the teams must have mental, physical, social awareness and have strengths in the team to complete the many adventurous challenges that lay ahead. This teambuilding event is engaging, embodies key leadership and effective team strategies, and most of all instils laughter and fun. All groups will be guaranteed challenge by choice and a great day outdoors with high-end facilitation and risk management for everyone’s safety. The venue determines the activities and can include anything from high ropes, tree top challenges, hill walks, rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, raft building, camp craft to less physical land based team activities.
